- We cater our service directly to Property Management professionals and seamlessly handle the cleaning of your common area amenities as well as the repair of “handyman” issues noted
- We auto-generate a weekly (PDF) service report documenting the full scope of work performed, including pictures, notes, as well as date, time and location certifications
- We utilize an internal GPS, technician tracking-enabled CRM mobile application which auto-generates scheduled visits, Work Order, invoices, and Reports
- We forward a post-job completion report (Which includes photos and a basic scope) for the completion of all Work Order maintenance requests or ancillary services performed
- We STRIVE for a (1) Hour response time to all email and phone calls
- We proactively serve and seek for ways we can enhance and renovate your community, and will often provide unsolicited service/repair proposals for your review
- In an effort to serve as your eyes and ears on property, we will proactively make you aware of issues and defects observed during our service visits.
- We offer comprehensive property inspections by a team of trained and experienced estimators. This service allows us to proactively assess and provide quotes & “Priority” assignment estimates on issues noted. Please inquire to learn more

HOW WE WORK
First, we'll inspect your community in order to create a customized proposal in which GNPS can improve appearance and enforce overall cleanliness.
Second, we show up when we say we will, outfitted proudly in the GNPS uniform and armed with an arsenal of tools to complete all tasks as promised.
Lastly, we forward over a PDF Service Report (Containing a brief description and completion photos), noting exactly when each service was completed.
